Violin Still Life

This was my final for my Intro to Oil Painting class with Del Parson (if you know who that is). We got to pick whatever we wanted to paint, and I like violins (though I can't play any instruments), so there you go. I think I've come a long way this semester, though I've only just scratched the surface, but I'm only barely a Sophomore, so there's hope for me I guess. I've always been afraid to color drawings, so painting has really been a stretch for me, this class was quite the art workout. 

And as per the norm with me, the picture quality is crap, but it's the best I can do.
